Healthy coral reefs, clear waters, caves and varied dive profiles offer divers a rich underwater experience, while its historic cities, vibrant music culture and daily life turn every day of the trip into a different kind of discovery.

Throughout the SCUBA-BAY Cuba Diving Tour, we will explore a range of distinctive dive sites in Varadero, Playa Coral, Bacunayagua, Mapita and the Bay of Pigs (Playa Larga). While each area stands out with its own unique character, this single trip gives you the chance to experience Cuba's different underwater characters.

Our diving programme is not limited to what lies beneath the surface. Throughout the programme you will be able to see Havana's historic fabric up close, walk streets lined with classic American cars, and experience Cuba's daily life first-hand. Cuba's clear waters, coral reefs and varied underwater formations offer suitable settings for both wide-angle and macro photography. Within the same tour you may get the chance to photograph large fish, reef life and small marine creatures, capturing different shots on every dive. Which creatures you will encounter is entirely part of nature and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

🚗 Classic American Cars

Carefully preserved classic American cars, dating from the 1950s to the present day, are one of Havana's symbols. A short walk through the city's streets will be one of your most unforgettable memories of Cuba.

🎺 Live Cuban Music and Bars

Havana's bars and music venues are an inseparable part of Cuban culture. In the evening you can listen to live salsa, son cubano and jazz performances, feeling the energy of local life up close.

🏛️ Old Havana (Habana Vieja)

Old Havana, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the city's most striking areas with its narrow cobbled streets, historic squares, colonial buildings and colourful facades. Exploring the area on foot is one of the most enjoyable ways to get to know Havana.

🌊 The Malecón Seafront

Stretching for around 8 kilometres, the Malecón is one of Havana's best-known meeting points. You can walk along the seafront at sunset and enjoy the sea view and the city's daily life.

🍹 Cuban Flavours

Throughout the programme you will have the chance to get to know Cuban cuisine up close. Seafood, tropical fruit and local delicacies, as well as Cuban coffee and its world-famous rum culture, are all important parts of the country's gastronomy.

In your free time you can visit Havana's local markets and browse handmade souvenirs, works of art and products unique to Cuba.

✈️ FLIGHT INFORMATION

Transport on our Cuba Diving Tour is provided by Turkish Airlines' scheduled international flights. Thanks to the direct flight, our programme starts as planned, and we return to Turkey on the same flight network. Flight times may be changed by the airline for operational reasons; if this happens, up-to-date information will be shared with our participants by us.

🏷️ TOUR PRICE

Diver 3,600 USD

This price applies to guests joining the 10-dive package included in the programme. The services included in the tour price are detailed below in the "Included in the Price" section.

Non-Diver Participant (Non-Diver) 3,300 USD

This is a special participation fee for guests who wish to join the tour without diving. It covers accommodation, transport and the land activities on the tour programme. Diving services are not included in this package.

📋 TOUR REQUIREMENTS

🛂 Passport

Guests travelling to Cuba must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in the country. We recommend checking that your passport is in good physical condition and has enough blank pages before travelling.

🛃 Cuba Tourist Visa – e-Visa

Citizens of the Republic of Turkey holding an ordinary maroon passport require a visa to enter Cuba. Cuba has switched to an electronic visa (e-Visa) system for tourist visas.

To avoid being affected by possible processing delays, it is recommended that visa procedures be completed at least two weeks before the flight date.

Holders of diplomatic, special (green) and service passports are exempt from a visa for stays of up to 90 days.

🩺 Mandatory Travel Health Insurance

Foreign visitors entering Cuba are required to have valid travel health insurance covering medical expenses.

It is recommended that you carry a printed or digital copy of your policy with you throughout the trip in case officials request it.

📱 D'Viajeros Form

Participants travelling to Cuba must complete the D'Viajeros digital health and customs declaration form no more than 48 hours before arriving in the country.

It is important to keep the QR code generated by the system after completing the form accessible during your travels.

🤿 Minimum Diving Level

To join the Cuba Diving Tour you must hold at least an Open Water Diver or equivalent diving certification.

📄 Travel and Booking Documents

All documents required for booking, travel and diving must be completed in full before the start of the tour. The necessary documents and pre-tour briefings will be provided by SCUBA-BAY.
