Bodrum Diving Tour
Thanks to the indented Aegean coastline and its many islets, the area around Bodrum offers dive sites that differ from one another over short distances. The season opens in May and lasts until October; water temperature rises to 24-26 degrees in midsummer and runs at around 20 degrees at the start and end of the season. Visibility is usually between 15 and 25 metres.
The sites are mostly reef, rock formation and wreck in character. The current is moderate at most of them, which makes the area suitable both for training dives and for divers making their first dive of the season. On days when the meltemi picks up, the boat's route changes with the wind, so which site will be dived is often decided in the morning.
Our tours in this region use a two-day weekend format. Whether you come with your own equipment or join with rental gear, you follow the same programme; companions who do not dive can come along on the boat for a separate fee.
