The RAID Advanced 35 course is designed for those who want to explore the underwater world more safely, confidently and competently. It's the perfect opportunity to reach a new level in your diving career.
Course content
The course includes six dives, each designed to develop a specific skill:
- Buoyancy dive: Techniques that improve your control and safety while diving.
- Navigation dive: Underwater navigation skills and independence in new dive sites.
- Deep dives (35 metres / 115 feet): Learn to plan and carry out deep dives, reinforced with two deep dives.
- Rescue dive: Techniques for handling emergencies and rescuing yourself and others. Excellent preparation for the RAID Master Rescue course.
- Elective dive: Specialise with one elective dive based on the diving conditions that interest you.
Course requirements
- Age: Minimum 15 years old.
- Certification: Hold a RAID Open Water 20 diver certification or an equivalent.
- Diving experience: At least 8 hours of underwater diving experience.
- Health and documents: Complete a diver medical questionnaire, liability release and safe diving practices form; obtain doctor's approval in case of a health issue.
